Coaching process visualized

Stelvio is a coaching agency that believes that true, valuable change in an organisation can only be achieved through hard work. I visualised their three-step process as climbing a mountain, which is a symbol of the agency.

The climb is often hard and scary, but at the top a beautiful view awaits. Along the way Stelvio assists and advises the climbers, as well as introducing the tools necessary for the hike.

We follow a trio to the top; their faces illustrating the different moods the coaches often see in participants: ranging from reluctance and discomfort at the bottom and middle part to relief and satisfaction at the top.
