Language and the Brain
Thesis cover design
Can we know what someone thinks or sees based on brain data? A cover for a thesis looking at how brains interpret language and visuals.
In my cover a brain is built from audio waveforms, from which words and concepts flow. The colours are inspired by those of spectrograms - a type of graph used frequently in the thesis.
The different chapters of the thesis focussed on different research. To illustrate this, each had their own variation on the cover adorning their title page, tying the whole booklet together.
