Dodgy Villagers is intended as a roleplaying expansion for the game of Werewolf, adding theatre/RPG flair to the game by giving the villagers the players play backstories. Act them out for optimal drama.

No more accusing your neighbour purely because you heard them move a bit during the Werewolves phase. Now, you accuse the reclusive sea captain because you saw them head out to the moors on the night of the murder.
